Full Job Description

THE ROLE

Apex Construction Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects valued between $5M and $20M. The PM will oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage project budgets from buyout through final accounting
  • Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Review and process subcontractor pay applications and change orders
  • Track project schedule and prepare weekly status reports
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage the RFI/submittal process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
